Mission Recruit is seeking a Software Engineer for our government client to design, build, and support modern intelligent applications for federal retirement systems. You will work on full stack web apps and hands-on AI/ML development in a regulated environment.

Onsite at Macon, GA or Washington, DC or Kansas City, KS, you will implement secure APIs, optimize databases, and bring AI agents and LLM-based features into production, collaborating across Agile teams.

Qualificações

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field required.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in one or more core languages and frameworks.
• Strong SQL Server skills; EF Core familiarity.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based solutions.
• Familiarity with agentic AI patterns, RAG pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Build modular, responsive web apps in React and/or Vue.js.
• Design secure, scalable APIs with TypeScript, ASP.NET Core, or Java.
• Integrate with enterprise systems via SOAP/REST APIs.
• Optimize database performance with SQL Server and EF Core.
• Develop ML models for classification, prediction, anomaly detection.
• Integrate LLMs into production with prompt engineering and RAG.
• Create data pipelines for large-scale data.
• Apply explainable AI practices in regulated environments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and releases.
