Coordinate portfolio management operations and change initiatives across products.
Support training, maturity, needs assessments, and continuous improvement.
Drive cross-product prioritization and resource alignment.
Develop and implement a product-level collection strategy with controls, financials, and resourcing.
Lead change management strategies for AI tools adoption across teams.
Design and manage persona-based training programs with HR and D&A.
Create engaging training content and measure adoption and impact.
Advise end users and advocate for their needs.
Lead communications to articulate value of new tools.
