Job summary
Alteryx Sales Engineers are trusted technical advisors who help enterprise customers modernize their analytics strategy with AI, automation, and cloud-based data solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between customer needs and Alteryx’s technical capabilities, working closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, and tailored recommendations.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of pre-sales or consultant experience in data analytics or BI
- Knowledge of public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) with data warehousing familiarity
- Strong data analytics, ETL, AI/ML workflows understanding
- Experience with on-prem to cloud data connectivity and security practices
Responsibilities
- Lead technical engagements with strategic customers, aligning Alteryx solutions with AI, automation, and cloud analytics strategies
- Design and deliver demos/POCs showing value in customer environments and address objections
- Stay ahead of AI, cloud architectures, data governance, and how Alteryx integrates with cloud warehouses and AI/ML workflows
- Advise best practices for AI-driven data automation and scalable analytics
- Collaborate with sales management to drive sales through process optimization and team training
