John Deere is seeking an AI Analytics Product Engineer to design and deliver AI-enabled BI solutions for technology marketing intelligence in Johnston, IA. The role emphasizes on-site work with two days on campus weekly and collaboration across multiple teams to accelerate data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL, Python, and Spark skills, cloud experience, and a track record in AI-enabled analytics, with opportunities to mentor teammates and lead small projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, Databricks, Databricks Apps, and Git.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.

Responsabilités

• Design, prototype, and implement user-facing, AI-enabled BI solutions for technology marketing intelligence.
• Utilize the latest AI tools to accelerate BI and data analytics solution development.
• Contribute to internal AI and ML Ops frameworks that accelerate solution development.
• Translate stakeholder needs into AI-enabled analytics tools for strategic decisions.
• Develop data models to enable BI solutions.
• Use Agile to plan and organize tasks.
• Present findings and demos to stakeholders and executives.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams.
