Qualifications

• Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or IT Management, or a related field.
• Current status of at least Sophomore level in the degree program.
• GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to succeed in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Create reusable AI prompts, workflows, and GPT solutions to streamline work.
• Build and maintain documentation for processes, solutions, and best practices.
• Validate data quality and support repeatable data prep workflows.

About the Automation & Analytics Internship:

Through this internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience applying artificial intelligence, automation, and analytics to solve real business challenges. You’ll learn how to analyze business processes, prepare and validate data, and develop practical technology solutions using tools such as ChatGPT, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, Python, Power Automate, and Tableau. Along the way, you’ll strengthen your communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills while presenting technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Program Structure:

• Schedule: Part-time (15-20 hours/week) during the academic year and full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer.

• Location: Milwaukee, WI

• Start Date: January 2027

• Duration: Year-round internship

What we’re looking for:

• Validate data quality and support the development of repeatable data preparation workflows.

• Test solutions with end users, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.

• Communicate project outcomes and business impact to cross-functional stakeholders.
