Job summary

Clarios is offering a hybrid Summer 2027 internship in Milwaukee for students pursuing an undergrad degree in data analytics, CS, or related fields. You will support analytics work, build dashboards, and help with AI-enabled prototyping while collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders.

Preferred candidates have basic data analysis skills and familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, or Streamlit, and a keen eye for data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Foundational experience with data analysis and visualization.
• Exposure to Excel plus one or more of Python, SQL, Power BI, Streamlit, or similar tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and testing of People Analytics solutions.
• Contribute to priority projects like workforce reporting and dashboards.
• Communicate findings through dashboards, summaries, and presentations.
