Job summary

The role involves Python- and SQL-based automation, collaboration with Product Development Actuaries, and governance-focused analytics with a strong emphasis on responsible AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, statistics, data engineering, data science, machine learning, AI, or a related discipline.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Snowflake, and dbt.
• Familiarity with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG, machine learning, and workflow automation.
• Experience building dashboards, analytics products, or data-driven business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI and analytics solutions, including generative AI applications, workflow automation, knowledge assistants, and decision-support tools.
• Work with Product Development Actuaries to translate business needs into scalable data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
• Design and maintain data models, pipelines, and Snowflake assets that support reporting, analytics, and AI tools.
• Create dashboards that enable quick decision-making.
• Build and maintain Python- and SQL-based solutions to automate processes, improve data solutions, and increase efficiency.
• Support AI initiatives from concept through deployment, adoption, and continuous iteration.
• Promote best practices in analytics engineering, responsible AI, and data governance.
