Job summary

Napier AI is seeking a proactive client engagement professional to work with financial institutions, preventing fraud through AI-powered analytics. You’ll serve as the main client contact, guiding implementations, and driving value across the customer lifecycle.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to align on the product roadmap, provide training and continuous support, and deliver actionable insights from client data to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL queries and PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with Elastic Search.
• Experience with Python scripting and debugging existing scripts.
• Familiarity with REST/HTTP protocols and testing tools like Postman.
• Experience with Apache NiFi workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and understand their business goals and Napier AI solutions.
• Engage with clients from project phase through implementation and support, resolving issues quickly.
• Collaborate with teams to support product roadmap alignment and release processes.
• Lead technical discussions and strategic planning with client IT departments.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for ROI.
