Job summary

EY is recruiting a Project Manager to anchor PMO governance and agile product delivery for the ANDE initiative within the OCTO PAD team. You will drive ANDE/Agile ceremonies, maintain Jira boards, and coordinate multi-workstream delivery with product owners and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong facilitation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-centric solutions in a fast-paced environment. Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira & Confluence, including dashboards, reporting, and workflow management.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, RAID management, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience supporting product development and Agile product delivery.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric products.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ANDE/Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Track sprint progress, monitor delivery metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities, RAID management, and executive reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of ANDE/Agile and project management processes.
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to refine and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and delivery objectives.
• Coordinate product roadmap planning to ensure alignment between product strategy and delivery execution.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure user stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.
• Track product delivery milestones, feature releases, and adoption metrics, providing visibility into progress and business outcomes.
• Operate in a “Flow Master” capacity (according to the ANDE framework) and support key roles across product, architecture, and engineering to ensure ANDE pilots are run effectively and on-time.
