Mindlance seeks an experienced AI Agents Engineer to build scalable Python applications for AI-driven campaign automation. You will implement Generative AI capabilities, develop REST APIs with FastAPI/Flask, and integrate enterprise data sources.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, debugging production issues, and mentoring juniors in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will have 7–8+ years of Python experience, strong backend skills, and a passion for applying AI to real business

Qualifications

7–8+ years of Python software development experience.
Experience building enterprise backends and RESTful APIs.
Hands-on with FastAPI/Flask/Django and API integrations.
Proficient in Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Strong OO design and debugging in production environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications for AI-driven campaigns.
Build AI-powered apps using LangChain, LangGraph, or Google ADK.
Develop REST APIs and backend services with FastAPI or Flask.
Integrate external APIs, databases, and systems of record into AI workflows.
Create RAG apps with vector databases and semantic search.
Write clean, production-ready code and optimize performance.
Debug production issues and participate in code reviews.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
