This role requires hands-on Python development with production-ready code.
Experience building Generative AI / LLM-based applications.
Hands-on work with AI agents / Agentic AI and agent orchestration.
Experience with vector databases and RAG knowledge retrieval.
Familiarity with guardrails and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain production-quality Python services for AI/agent workflows.
Build and enhance LLM-powered AI agents for engagement use cases.
Develop multi-agent workflows and agent-to-agent orchestration.
Create reusable, scalable components for agent lifecycle management and execution.
Integrate LLM capabilities via APIs and AI platforms; apply prompt techniques.
Work with vector DBs and knowledge retrieval to support RAG workflows.
Structure data into knowledge layers to support LLM/agent workflows.
Implement AI guardrails for reliable agent execution and safety.
