Mindlance seeks an experienced AI Agents Engineer to build scalable Python applications for AI-driven campaign automation. You will implement Generative AI capabilities, develop REST APIs with FastAPI/Flask, and integrate enterprise data sources.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, debugging production issues, and mentoring juniors in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will have 7–8+ years of Python experience, strong backend skills, and a passion for applying AI to real business

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years of Python software development experience.
• Experience building enterprise backends and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on with FastAPI/Flask/Django and API integrations.
• Proficient in Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong OO design and debugging in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications for AI-driven campaigns.

Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled Python AI Engineer to build next-generation AI-powered campaign automation solutions. This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on developing scalable Python applications, integrating Generative AI capabilities, and building intelligent automation solutions.
• Unlike traditional AI Architect positions, this role requires someone who enjoys coding daily, solving complex engineering problems, debugging production issues, and rapidly adopting emerging AI technologies.
• The ideal candidate has a strong software engineering foundation, excellent Python expertise, and a passion for applying Generative AI to solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications supporting AI-driven campaign automation.
• Build AI-powered applications using modern LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Google ADK.
• Develop REST APIs and backend services using FastAPI or Flask.
• Integrate enterprise APIs, databases, and Systems of Record into AI workflows.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications utilizing vector databases and semantic search.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready Python code.
• Debug complex production issues and optimize application performance.
• Work extensively with AI-assisted development tools while validating and improving generated code.
• Develop SQL queries and data pipelines supporting AI applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing Technology teams, and business stakeholders to automate campaign workflows.
• Deploy applications using cloud-native technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Qualifications

• 7–8+ years of hands-on Python software development.
• Strong experience building enterprise backend applications.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Experience integrating third‑party APIs.
• Hands‑on debugging and production support experience.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming and software design principles.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to learn emerging AI technologies quickly.
