Job summary

You’ll shape platform strategy, drive cross-team technical direction, and mentor engineers while delivering scalable, secure AI infrastructure that powers customer experiences and operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering with large-scale distributed platforms.
• Deep AI fluency with LLMs, foundation models, prompts, RAG, embeddings.
• Experience building shared AI infrastructure for multiple teams.
• Strong Python/Java and cloud-native development on AWS or GCP.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-team decisions.
• DevOps focus with CI/CD, containerization, observability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve the AI Agentic Platform for agent orchestration and memory.
• Translate business goals into platform capabilities with cross-team alignment.
• Lead design reviews, establish engineering standards, and reusable artifacts.
• Evaluate LLM APIs, vector stores, and agentic frameworks for production use.
• Mentor engineers and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Define observability, guardrails, and reliability for agent behavior.
• Hands-on POC development to prove novel agentic patterns.
• Collaborate with leaders to align platform strategy with AI vision.
