Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping AI agent systems or LLM-powered applications to production.
• Strong backend engineering and database design skills.
• High agency and the ability to drive projects end-to-end without close direction.

Responsibilities

• Build learning and memory components that let an AI agent adapt to each user's context and data.
• Design and implement AI agents that write, run, debug and test code, and recover gracefully from failures.
• Shape how users interact with AI and how their feedback is captured and used.
• Develop administrative control layers for managing applications, workflows, secrets and policies.
• Solve problems where AI, security and distributed systems meet, at large scale.
