Job summary

Morgan Pinnacle Group is seeking a member of technical staff for AI agents and internal platforms, based in Flatiron, NYC. This role is onsite five days a week, with a salary range of $150K–$300K and equity.

You will join an AI-native company building embedded intelligence into workflows, collaborating with engineers, founders, and teams to push production-ready agent systems. We hire for ownership, first principles thinking, and domain understanding of data systems and agent-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and working with Agent SDKs and LLM tools beyond basic chatbots.
• Experience across full-stack engineering and owning end-to-end outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents and the systems needed to make them useful in real workflows.
• Develop evaluation suites and monitor agent behavior.
• Iterate on agents as models and capabilities improve.
• Create infrastructure and internal platforms for AI-powered workflows.
• Develop integrations so agents access company context.
• Keep knowledge synchronized with reality and solve open-ended problems.
