Job summary

deCircle is seeking a driven individual to join the Basis AI agents initiative from Flatiron NYC. You will build and ship internal AI agents that push code to production, manage company knowledge, and run end-to-end processes with a strong emphasis on reliable context architectures.

The role demands 5-15 years in PM/engineering/founding roles in B2B software, a track record launching technical B2B SaaS or AI products, and a passion for building coding agents with an unlimited token budget.

Qualifications

• 5-15 yrs as PM, engineer or founder in B2B software.
• Track record launching technical B2B SaaS or AI products.
• First-principles builder; excited about coding agents (unlimited token budget).
• On-site 5 days Flatiron NYC.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship internal AI agents that push code to production, manage company knowledge and handle entire jobs end to end
• Own context architecture: sources of truth, docs synced with reality
• Build integrations and MCPs making internal tooling agent-accessible
• Create eval suites, monitor agent trajectories, iterate
• Invent infrastructure, interfaces and operating models for human-agent collaboration
