deCircle is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to build AI agents powering finance workflows for hundreds of enterprise customers. You will join a small, flat team of ~12, working directly with founders and the co-lead of engineering to own problems end-to-end from discovery to production deployment.

The role emphasizes backend engineering with Python/TypeScript, LangChain/LangGraph, and integration with ERP systems, banks and billing services.

Qualifications

2-5 years backend engineering building AI agents in production.
Product-minded owner who scopes problems independently.
Proficiency in Python/TypeScript in production environments.
Experience with LangChain/LangGraph, databases and data stores.

Responsabilités

Build AI agents and agentic systems using LangChain, LangGraph and Python for enterprise finance use cases.
Design and maintain backend systems: database modeling, API endpoints, data storage (Postgres, DynamoDB, Redis).
Own product areas end-to-end, engaging with designers, GTM and customers to understand problems and ship solutions.
Build evaluation sets, tracing and observability for AI agent performance.
Integrate with enterprise data sources (ERPs, banks, billing systems) and orchestrate backend/AI services via Temporal.
