Job summary

Publicis Groupe's Saatchi unit is seeking an engineer to shape the engineering standards for a growing agentic practice. You will own agent runtimes, flows, connectors, and security reviews to ensure safe, auditable deployments across familiar platforms like SharePoint, Dataverse, and Excel.

The role requires 3–5 years building production solutions on the Microsoft stack, with hands-on Power Platform and Dataverse experience.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years building and supporting production solutions on the Microsoft stack.
• Built and shipped Microsoft Power Platform solutions into production inside a governed corporate tenant.
• Dataverse, solutions and environment-based release management.
• Custom connectors and at least one other Azure service in production, such as Azure Functions or Azure Storage.
• Microsoft Entra identity: app registrations, permissions, managed identities.
• Security or architecture reviews with successful outcomes.
• Fluent in Python, and comfortable reading and editing JSON and YAML.
• Source control (Git) as a daily habit.

Responsibilities

• The runtime: oversee flows, connections, environments, and issues.
• Make failures visible with logging, monitoring, and alerts; enable safe retries and timeouts.
• Develop connectors and integrations with systems like SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, Teams.
• Create reusable services, connectors, and patterns for new agents.
• Maintain release discipline: version control, export/import, incremental changes.
• Design tests for flows and agent behavior, including failure cases and permissions.
