Job summary

Synechron seeks a Senior Power Platform Engineer to design and deliver intelligent business apps using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. You will create AI-powered agents and workflows, integrating Teams, Planner, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems.

In a global financial services setting, you’ll apply Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines to scale secure solutions, collaborate with FinLabs, and drive adoption of Agentic AI across the Deals Hub

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Power Platform development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Dataverse
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Power Automate
• Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Agentic AI / AI Agents
• Experience with Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and M365 integrations

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing intelligent business applications, AI-powered agents, and workflow automation.
• Integrating Deals Hub with Teams, Planner, SharePoint, and enterprise systems.
• Ensuring scalable, secure, and governed Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborating across Azure Functions, Logic Apps, PowerShell, Git, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver solutions.
