Job summary

Guidewire Software is seeking an expert in AI-powered agent systems to design and improve its omnichannel product concierge. You will shape prompts, context, data retrieval, and tool use within core claims workflows, while evaluating performance in real production traces.

You will also improve voice latency, call handling, and integration with live telephony components, listening to carrier calls to identify fixes from recordings and logs.

Qualifications

• Shipped an LLM application used by real users
• Fluent in building blocks of LLMs, context engineering, RAG and agentic workflows
• Ability to design disciplined evals and error analysis for unpredictable systems

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end slices of the agent architecture and orchestration
• Build and run eval loops, golden sets, trajectory evaluation
• Drive containment and resolution rates while keeping accuracy
• Work on voice path: take-turns, interruptions, latency budgets, telephony layer
• Review carrier calls and identify fixes from recordings
