Job summary

Lennar is seeking an AI Agent Developer to design, build, deploy, and maintain intelligent AI agents across corporate functions. You will embed with teams, translate workflows into production-grade agents, and partner with product owners, engineers, and leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

You will develop prompts, manage memory and context, and ensure observability, drift detection, and lifecycle management for reliable automation across Lennar's enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 2–4+ years of software/AI development with at least 1 year in LLMs and conversational AI.
• Strong programming in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript; production-ready apps.
• Proficient SQL for data manipulation across systems.
• Familiarity with AI agent concepts, RAG, and multi-agent architectures.

Responsibilities

• Embed with corporate teams to map workflows and scope AI agent use cases.
• Design agent personas, workflows, triggers, and escalation paths.
• Build/configure AI agents using LLMs and orchestration tools with internal and external data sources.
• Develop prompt strategies, memory management, and monitoring for reliability and safety.
• Deliver prototypes and demos; iterate based on partner feedback.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance in agent design.
