Job summary

Lennar is seeking an AI Agent Developer to embed with corporate teams, identify high-impact AI agent use cases, and design agent personas and workflows. You will build agents using LLMs, RAG, and orchestration tools, integrating with internal systems.

You will deploy to production with observability and governance, while guiding Associate adoption through training materials. You’ll collaborate with product owners, engineers, and business analysts to translate requirements into robust AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 2–4+ years of software engineering, AI/ML development, or automation experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to demo AI workflows to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Embed with corporate function teams to scope high-impact AI agent use cases.
• Design agent personas, roles, and workflows with decision logic and human-in-the-loop rules.
• Build and configure AI agents using LLMs, retrieval-augmented frameworks, and APIs.
• Deploy agents to production with observability, versioning, and drift-detection.
• Provide Associate training, enablement materials, and change logs to drive adoption.
