Job summary

Lennar seeks an AI Agent Developer to design, build, deploy, and maintain intelligent AI agents that transform corporate functions. You’ll work closely with product owners, engineers, and leaders to understand workflows and translate them into production-ready agents that boost productivity and enable data-driven decisions.

You will embed with teams, champion governance and safety, and deliver prototypes and live demos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• 2–4+ years in software engineering or AI/ML development.
• Experience with LLMs and conversational AI.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI workflows.
• Strong Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript coding skills.
• Proficient SQL for data analysis across systems.
• Familiarity with production-ready AI tooling and MLOps concepts.

Responsibilities

• Embed with corporate teams to map workflows and identify AI agent use cases.
• Act as AI advisor to function leaders, framing business trade-offs and risks.
• Design agent personas, roles, and decision logic including human-in-the-loop rules.
• Build AI agents using LLMs, retrieval frameworks, orchestration tools, and APIs.
