Job summary

Basis is building production‑grade AI agents that perform end‑to‑end knowledge work. Atlas FDEs embed with multiple teams in Flatiron, NYC, learning workflows and delivering autonomous agent solutions that scale across the organization.

As an Atlas FDE, you become the expert in using AI to automate a domain, partnering with engineers and the deployed intelligence team to push code, diagnose problems, and continuously improve how humans and agents share work.

Qualifications

• Ability to decompose novel problems from fundamentals.
• Experience working with AI agents or automation is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration with product teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Basis teams to learn workflows and design agent solutions.
• Build autonomous software components that offload work to AI.
• Collaborate with engineers and deployed intelligence to improve processes.
