Job summary

TikTok is seeking an AI Agent Development Project Intern for the TikTok Shop Governance and Experience team in Seattle. The 2026 start program supports prompt engineering, compliance workflows, and data preparation for AI models used in governance and product experience.

The role involves collaborating with SMEs, analyzing data, and building dashboards with Excel/SQL while supporting compliance programs and datasets preparation. A BS/MS in CS/DS/Engineering/Analytics is expected.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and NLP.
• Excellent communication and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience or exposure to e-commerce environments.

Responsibilities

• Support prompt engineering and maintain a prompts library with version history.
• Evaluate AI output quality against accuracy metrics and refine prompts.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, test, and refine prompts for compliance decisions.
