SBA Communications seeks an AI Agent Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven conversational agents using Copilot Studio within the Power Platform. You will also assist with Power Apps development and integrate AI agents with traditional .NET applications.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years with Power Platform, knowledge of chatbot frameworks, APIs, and Microsoft technologies. On-site role with strong collaboration in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience working with Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and related services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven conversational agents using Microsoft technologies like Copilot Studio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Continuously improve performance and capabilities of Copilot agents.
