Job summary

SBA Communications is seeking an AI Agent Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio within the Power Platform. The role focuses on creating intelligent conversational agents and integrating them with traditional .NET applications, including C# and ASP.NET.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define new features, and continuously improve Copilot agents while staying up-to-date with Power Platform developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and related services.
• Familiarity with chatbot frameworks and APIs.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with traditional .Net development, including C# and ASP.NET.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Your Next Career Opportunity – AI Agent Developer

We are seeking a talented and passionate AI Agent Developer to join our innovative team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions using Microsoft's cutting-edge technology. The primary focus will be on creating intelligent, conversational agents using Copilot Studio within the Power Platform, as well as assisting with Power Apps development. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of developing AI agents that can integrate with traditional .Net applications, which constitute most of our current applications.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

2+ years of experience working with Power Platform. Experience in a corporate IT environment a plus.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and related services.

Familiarity with chatbot frameworks and APIs.

Knowledge of software development best practices and agile methodologies.

Familiarity with traditional .Net development, including C# and ASP.NET.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
