SBA Communications is seeking an AI Agent Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio within the Power Platform. We are seeking a talented and passionate AI Agent Developer to join our innovative team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions using Microsoft's cutting-edge technology. The primary focus will be on creating intelligent, conversational agents using Copilot Studio within the Power Platform, as well as assisting with Power Apps development. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of developing AI agents that can integrate with traditional .Net applications, which constitute most of our current applications.
Design and develop AI-driven conversational agents using Microsoft technologies like Copilot Studio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
Continuously improve the performance and capabilities of Copilot agents.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal user experience.
Assist in the development and maintenance of Power Apps.
Develop AI agents that can plug into traditional .Net applications.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
2+ years of experience working with Power Platform. Experience in a corporate IT environment a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and related services.
Familiarity with chatbot frameworks and APIs.
Knowledge of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
Familiarity with traditional .Net development, including C# and ASP.NET.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
