Job summary

SBA Communications Corporation is seeking an AI Agent Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions using Microsoft technologies. The role focuses on creating intelligent, conversational agents with Copilot Studio within the Power Platform and assisting with Power Apps development, including integration with traditional .NET applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay current with Power Platform innovations, and contribute to scalable enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
2+ years of experience with Power Platform.
Experience in a corporate IT environment a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and related services.
Familiarity with chatbot frameworks and APIs.
Knowledge of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
Familiarity with traditional .Net development, including C# and ASP.NET.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-driven conversational agents using Microsoft technologies like Copilot Studio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
Continuously improve the performance and capabilities of Copilot agents.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal user experience.
Assist in the development and maintenance of Power Apps.
Develop AI agents that can plug into traditional .Net applications.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
