Job summary

You will build conversational flows, integrate with APIs/CRMs, and iterate based on analytics to improve user experiences. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications, document workflows, and ensure data security while delivering scalable automation solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building solutions on low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience creating AI agents, chatbots, or automated workflows.
• Strong understanding of user experience and conversation design.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Background in business analysis, process improvement, or software development.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows.
• Build conversational AI agents and chatbots using relevant platforms.
• Configure integrations with APIs, databases, and CRM systems.
• Test, iterate, and optimize agent performance based on feedback.
• Create documentation including flow diagrams and technical specs.
• Monitor performance and maintain version control.
