Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience in roles involving AI agents, automation, or software products.
2+ years building solutions on low-code/no-code platforms.
Experience creating AI agents, chatbots, or automated workflows.
Strong understanding of user experience and conversation design.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Background in business analysis, process improvement, or software development.
Certifications in Salesforce or Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities
