Job summary

System One seeks an experienced engineer to build agents and automations that remove manual work across HR, IT, finance, and back-office processes. This hands-on hybrid role combines Copilot Studio/Power Platform and Microsoft Agent Framework development.

You will deliver end-to-end automations, connect to enterprise apps, and collaborate with product owners and QA to ensure measurable improvements in processes and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Deliver business-process automations using low-code and coded agents.
• Map and optimize HR/IT/business workflows to measurable outcomes.
• Integrate enterprise apps via REST APIs and connectors.
• Build deterministic, auditable automation pipelines with Powe Platform.
• Demonstrate strong debugging and collaboration to explain tech choices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and deploy process agents, approvals, routing and intake/triage automations.
• Build low-code solutions with Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Create coded agents using Microsoft Agent Framework in .NET and/or Python.
• Connect automation to ServiceNow, Workday, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365/Teams.
• Collaborate with product owners and QA to ensure gated releases.
