Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an Agent Builder to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents and automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms. You will build conversational agents and workflows, configure integrations with APIs and databases, and continuously test and improve performance based on analytics.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specs, maintain documentation, and ensure data security.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience building solutions on low-code/no-code platforms.
Demonstrated experience creating AI agents, chatbots, or automated workflows.
Strong understanding of user experience and conversation design.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform).
Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms.
Build conversational AI agents, chatbots, and virtual assistants.
Configure agent integrations with APIs, databases, CRM systems, and third-party applications.
Test and iterate on agent performance based on user feedback and analytics.
Monitor workflow execution and troubleshoot failures or bottlenecks.
Provide training and create documentation for users.
