Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect focused on designing and implementing AI Agent Control. Lead development across identity/auth, environment control, and policy application for scalable enterprise AI solutions.

You will collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to IP filings while presenting at conferences. EY offers hybrid work and a path to advanced responsible AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE, CS or Math.
• 5+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI-native software development tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, TypeScript) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Knowledge of identity/auth cryptography and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps and modern IDEs.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large-scale multi-agent systems.
• Design post-training and tuning/customization environments.
• Design synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance.
• Design comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements via AI-native processes.
• Assess emerging agent authorization architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support business development activities for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and contribute to IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
