Job summary

Aurigo Software Technologies Inc. is seeking a senior delivery partner to co-build AI-native agents with customers in capital program management. You will work with Domain SMEs to configure, deploy, and refine agent outputs for project controls and planning needs.

Responsibilities emphasize hands-on implementation, training data decisions, and evaluating model performance in real-world field environments. Collaboration and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

BS in CS required; MS preferred
5+ years in software implementation/solution architecture or business analysis with customers
Hands-on with LLM-based tools, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows
AI/ML literacy to understand model training vs prompting vs fine-tuning
Comfort in ambiguous field environments with evolving requirements

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Domain SME to build and refine agents in the field
Configure and deploy AI agents for project controls and capital planning
Train data decisions and evaluate agent outputs for reliability
Act as co-builder owning customer needs realization

Skills

Computer Science degree

5+ years in software implementation/BA

LLM tools / prompt engineering

AI/ML literacy

Ambiguity handling in field projects

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

Master's in CS or Management preferred

Tools

Capital program platforms (e-Builder, InEight, Primavera, Procore)
