Job summary

EY is hiring an Agent Dev Architect in the United States to shape innovative AI agent solutions. You will collaborate with engineering teams, leverage AI and cloud platforms, and help clients transform operations.

You’ll code agents using advanced AI tools and contribute to architecture leadership across engagements. In this role you’ll translate business needs into scalable architectures, evaluate technologies, mentor junior staff, and support sales with RFP responses.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• 0–3+ years of relevant experience.
• Development experience in AI systems.
• Specialized skills in technical solutions architecture, requirements analysis, and cloud computing.
• Ability to analyze technical feasibility and conduct cost-benefit analyses.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into actionable, scalable solution architectures that deliver measurable results.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of target architectures.
• Participate actively in client working sessions, contributing insights and expertise on a daily basis.
• Track deliverable completion, project status, resource plans, and budgets to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Support sales opportunities and assist in the completion of RFP responses, helping to grow the business.
• Maintain engagement economics reports and contribute to resource planning.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
