EY is seeking an Agent Dev Architect to shape AI-enabled solutions and transform client operations in a global, diverse environment. You will collaborate with engineering teams, leverage AI and cloud platforms, and help clients achieve measurable outcomes while guiding project delivery and engagement economics.

You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures, evaluate technologies, and participate in client sessions with a focus on delivering value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Masters in Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 0-3+ years of relevant experience
• Development experience in University or after school in developing AI systems.
• Specialized technical skills in technical solutions architecture, technology business requirements analysis, and cloud computing.
• Ability to analyze technical feasibility and conduct technology cost-benefit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable solution architectures.
• Evaluate technologies to meet client needs and goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement architectures.
• Participate in client sessions, sharing insights daily.
• Track deliverables, status, resources, and budgets.
• Support sales opportunities and RFP responses.
• Maintain engagement economics reports and assist planning.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues.
