Job summary

Qualified Health is seeking a Cohort Services Manager to drive engagement across health system partners. You will lead live training, create educational materials, and plan events to support adoption of the Qualified platform across enterprise teams.

You will enable account-facing AI Transformation teams, producing scalable training resources and collaborating on ROI-focused programs. The role balances hands-on facilitation with content creation and event logistics.

Qualifications

3–6+ years combining training, content creation and program/event management, preferably in healthcare or health tech.
Excellent written communication for external publication.
Confident public speaker and facilitator across varied audiences.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
Experience working with health system stakeholders or enterprise clients is a plus.
Genuine interest in healthcare AI and adoption of thoughtful, effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Deliver successful launches by leading implementation and trainings for new health system partners.
Drive new user adoption with engagement communications and live trainings.
Keep users returning with on-demand collateral and ongoing communications that showcase capabilities.
Help department leaders achieve ROI through collaboratives and scalable use cases.
Strengthen executive engagement with case studies and a peer network for AI executives.
