Responsibilities

• Own internal adoption of Claude Enterprise and train users across the firm.
• Bridge technical and non-technical team members.
• Operate production workflows: monitor usage, collect feedback, triage requests.
• Perform light technical work: write small Python scripts and Excel automations.
• Manage Claude Enterprise account: seat management, security, billing, access controls.
• Surface opportunities by embedding with the team and proposing scalable workflows.
• Represent Bridgepoint in sessions with AI specialists; translate business needs to technical asks.
