Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a talented AI Knowledge Enablement Associate within the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) to design, deliver and scale AI upskilling, awareness and change management initiatives.

You will help build AI literacy and enable responsible adoption across CIB while maintaining a central AI Tool Inventory and supporting structured communications. The role spans collaboration across Markets, Payments, Securities Services and Global Banking to drive measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, communications, change management, and/or learning & development.
• Strong narrative and messaging skills to craft executive-level materials.
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML and gen AI, including prompt-engineering basics and responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver cross-CIB AI upskilling initiatives, from design to implementation and continuous improvement.
• Support change management activities that promote responsible AI adoption.
• Create intuitive data visualizations to present information to stakeholders with high data accuracy.
• Identify gaps in AI upskilling programs and support targeted solutions.
• Support communications materials (intranet content, newsletters, leadership talking points).
• Design and deliver scalable cross-CIB AI upskilling initiatives balancing speed with governance.
• Track progress and engagement data to identify where additional interventions are needed.
