You will collaborate with product, engineering, data science, risk, compliance and operations to drive adoption and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology implementation and program management.
• Experience deploying AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions.
• KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI, automation, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Manage project plans, roadmaps, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive reporting.
• Drive rollout, onboarding, training, change management, and operational readiness.
• Conduct process discovery and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Establish HITL workflows, quality controls, and governance.
• Support UAT, release readiness, deployment, hypercare, and production stabilization.
• Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, productivity gains, and business value realization.
