Quandel Enterprises, LLC is seeking an AI Implementor to join our team in a hybrid role across our Pennsylvania offices. The AI Implementor will translate governance and literacy priorities into day-to-day practice, driving Copilot adoption and ensuring governance policies are embedded in workflows.

You will work with IT and business units, coordinate with external advisory partners, and produce updates for the AI Council, while advancing AI governance and policy across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 5+ years in a program or project management, IT enablement, or business process improvement role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and enterprise AI concepts, including licensing and governance.
• Ability to translate observations into practical, actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, executives-ready materials.

Aufgaben

• Review business unit workflows, identify AI opportunities, and partner with external advisors.
• Coordinate ongoing AI Power User engagement—schedules, content, follow-up.
• Promote consistent AI agent tracking and address gaps with leaders.
• Partner with IT to support AI sharing across Copilot licenses and resolve issues.
• Support AI training rollout and coordinate recurring industry updates.
• Help AI Council reps apply policies and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with external AI advisors and track projects and deliverables.
• Prepare updates and materials for AI Council meetings and Power User sessions.
• Maintain and update AI policies and governance communications as usage evolves.
