Job summary

Brunswick Group is building an AI Lab to accelerate AI adoption across client work and internal processes. The role focuses on enabling teams to use AI tools confidently and responsibly, blending training, content creation, and hands-on support.

You will work with Partners and Directors globally to drive adoption and ensure AI delivers tangible value. Travel internationally will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience using generative AI tools in a professional setting.
• Exceptional written communication and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable guidance.
• Strong presentation skills for senior audiences and engaging sessions.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and end users with adaptable messaging.
• Willingness to travel internationally for training and embedding initiatives.
• Learning and development experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in professional services or advisory environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI tools within client teams and live work to drive adoption.
• Identify barriers to adoption and address them with the AI Lab.
• Design and deliver structured AI training programs (in-person, virtual, videos).
• Create materials translating technical capabilities into business use cases.
• Travel to Brunswick offices to deliver training and support AI embedding efforts.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and gather feedback to inform rollout and optimization.
