Job summary

Brunswick Group is seeking an AI Engineer to join our team, designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered applications that leverage large language models to deliver real business value. You will collaborate with our AI team to deploy scalable solutions using modern AI technologies and cloud platforms.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, experimentation with data, and close collaboration with colleagues to translate emerging AI capabilities into robust, production-ready products.

Qualifications

• Experience building solutions with large language models (LLMs).
• Experience designing datasets, evaluating models, and fine-tuning foundations models.
• Strong Python development skills with production-quality code.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals.
• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Math/CS) or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with changing priorities.
• Curiosity, ownership, and collaborative mindset.
• Experience in professional services or Azure cloud applications is advantageous.
• Knowledge of secure software development practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities
