Job summary

Osi Vision, LLC seeks an AI and Digital Transformation Manager to translate strategic AI initiatives into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and guide pilots to production. You will support business development, proposal content, and governance to ensure responsible AI adoption.

Reporting to the Executive Director, IDTG, you will balance practical technical understanding with project leadership, driving innovations and measurable improvements across client and internal programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Completion of intermediate-level AI training relevant to applied AI.
• Experience supporting AI adoption including use-case identification and pilots.
• Understanding of generative AI, prompting, output validation, and data handling.
• Experience developing training or guidance materials.
• Experience managing projects with schedules, milestones, risks.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable AI implementation plans.
• Coordinate pilots and transition to operational use.
• Develop training materials and user guidance for AI tools.
• Manage projects and workstreams with timelines and risks.
