Qualifications

• 2+ years applying AI tools in a business or marketing context.
• Strong working knowledge of current generative AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Zapier/Make).
• Proven ability to teach and drive adoption of new tools with non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess client workflows to identify high-value opportunities for AI tool adoption (content, CRM, reporting, customer service, etc.).
• Recommend, configure, and pilot AI tools appropriate to client size, budget, and technical maturity.
• Coach client teams through adoption — training sessions, documentation, and troubleshooting — until tools are self-sustaining.
• Stay current on the fast-moving AI tool landscape relevant to marketing and revenue operations.
• Build repeatable playbooks and training materials the firm can reuse across the client portfolio.

Position Overview
