Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven track record managing large, cross-functional enterprise programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-level reporting.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and data-driven programs.
• Experience with change management, governance, and adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for AI Academy initiatives, including adoption, awareness, and learning programs.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate initiatives across multiple workstreams, geographies, and stakeholders.
• Track progress, report status, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Prepare governance materials and executive updates.
