Job summary

iFlow Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the AI Academy to lead AI adoption, awareness, and enablement initiatives across business and technology stakeholders in Plano, TX. You will drive learning programs, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure execution aligned with the enterprise AI strategy.

The role requires strong program management expertise, executive communication, and a solid understanding of AI concepts and change management to enable enterprise adoption.

Qualifications

10+ years in program or project management.
Experience managing large cross-functional enterprise programs.
Proven track record in change management, transformation, or adoption programs.
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and data-driven initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive reporting.
Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI Academy initiatives across multiple workstreams.
Develop integrated program plans with timelines, milestones, and risks.
Coordinate AI adoption, awareness, and learning programs across geographies.
Prepare executive dashboards and governance updates.
Facilitate steering committees and leadership reviews.
Manage change readiness and adoption barriers.
