Qualifications

• Experience with financial statements and profitability metrics.
• Ability to travel up to 20% per year.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for executive level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management for Air Handling Systems and drive market development.
• Maintain product roadmaps and lifecycle from concept to phase-out.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, design and manufacturing to execute plans.
• Prepare competitive analyses, business plans, and pricing strategies.
• Support training and field education with sales teams and customers.
