Job summary

Nakupuna Companies seeks a full-time Asbestos Management Planner to lead AHERA programs for 45 campuses across DoWEA. You will author, revise, and maintain centralized Asbestos Management Plans, oversee inspectors, and ensure timely reporting across multiple installations in the Pacific region.

The role requires an active EPA/AHERA certification, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and at least five years of experience in AMP development for educational or institutional facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience authoring, revising, and signing AMPs for facilities.
• Ability to interpret lab results and translate into management actions.
• Strong writing and coordination of AHERA reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Author, revise, and sign comprehensive AMPs for all DoWEA facilities.
• Direct AHERA Inspectors and assess ACM hazards across campuses.
• Review lab results and direct TEM analysis when needed.
• Prepare 30-Day and Final AHERA Reports in compliance with EPA rules.
• Lead annual regulatory reviews and respond to inquiries within deadlines.
• Coordinate quarterly AHERA meetings and deliver SME briefings.
