Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC is seeking an Estimator to prepare accurate take-offs and competitive bids for large civil projects. The role supports pricing, vendor quotes, and RFI tracking, leveraging AGTEK and Bluebeam expertise.

The ideal candidate will have site development knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with field personnel and subcontractors to ensure precise estimating and successful bids.

Qualifications

• Experience with site/earthwork take-offs and estimating principles.
• Familiarity with quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare take-offs and competitive bid proposals for large-scale projects.
• Support bid pricing development, RFI tracking and quantity calculations.
• Solicit and organize quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist field teams with GPS-related issues and site setup.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate documentation.
